As long as you make your 4 payments on time you are not charged any additional fees or interest. It's that simple.

Yes you can change your payment method that will be used to pay your future installments. Just follow these steps:

1. Go to www.afterpay.com and log in to your customer portal

2. Open the order that you wish to change payment method

3. Click change card then select an existing card or add a new one

This will update the card for all future payments for that order. 

Yes. Returns work the exact same way as a regular purchase. Just follow our return policy as normal. 

Refunds work the exact same way as with a regular purchase. After you follow the return process you will be refunded the amount you have paid to date and AfterPay will cancel all remaining future payments. 

In the case you only return part of your order, the amount of the items being returned will be deducted from your future payments.

Absolutely! All you have to do is log into your AfterPay customer portal and select the order you want to pay.

You pay your first 25% payment at the time of checkout and your order will ship as normal. Your other 3 remaining payments will be paid bi-weekly over the next 6 weeks. 

If you miss a payment Afterpay will automatically stop allowing to use Afterpay for future orders. You can log into your Afterpay account to update or add a new payment method to make the payment manually. Afterpay usually has a 5-10 grace period so you will not be charged a late fee right away but it is best to contact Afterpay customer service to discuss your options.
